~Joy Cox: Charge on credit card for what? Joe could not tell me what for, so I demanded a credit on my credit card plus interest charged. O.K. This month's credit card bill showed up with no credit like he promised. Now I can't get a call to go through to speak to Joe to see why no credit has been issued and still more interest is being charged because I am not paying this mischarge.

~Joy Cox: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Joy Cox: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nautilus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Joy Cox: For that I would say three out of five.

~Joy Cox: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Nautilus to know who you are.
