~1ralph: Extremely difficult company to deal with. Long wait times. Getting the presidents assistant Janet Birchet to actually call you back is extremely challenging. Good luck. Truly a horrible company to deal with on all levels.

~1ralph: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~1ralph: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nautilus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~1ralph: For that I would say five out of five.
