GetHuman-154769: Sallie Mae is always horrible. Each time I ask a question I get an argumentative response, as though I shouldn't be asking questions. Communication regarding due dates, approval or denial of deferrals, and all of that is extremely poor. They do not notify you, it is necessary to be on top of things, call in and get information... and face the argumentative, hostile and unhelpful customer service reps. It has been this way for more than ** years, this is not based on an isolated event.

GetHuman-154769: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-154769: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Navient's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-154769: For that I would say one out of five.
