~QueenofNerddingHill: Inquiring About Next Seasons of Favorite Shows: The person who picked up was very respectful & helpful, not the slightest bit rude. I was a little worried about calling because I saw the bad customer service reviews so I had my husband do it. He's better under stress :P. Anywho, It was great. They were even able to tell us that sometime in the not too distant future there will be a link for upcoming shows and their Add dates on the Netflix website. I'm reassured in the quality of the company. It was also just really nice to call a Customer Service line and end up with a Person who Doesn't have an accent too thick to be of any help on the other end. :)

~QueenofNerddingHill: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~QueenofNerddingHill: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~QueenofNerddingHill: For that I would say five out of five.

~QueenofNerddingHill: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netflix to know who you are.
