~Maybe_Its_Because_Im_a_Londone: No wait at all to do a LiveChat. Edgar from Netflix was very helpful, fast, knowledgeable and friendly. I also got a refund for the months that I had not used Netflix (I thought I had cancelled my account. I had done, but it turned out I somehow had a second account that was unused but still being charged monthly).*Impressed that they did the right thing and refunded the money for the months I was not using the second account.*Would definitely return to Netflix if I run out of things to watch from other sources.
