~DONALD ANDERSON: currently in free one month program..ordered * discs, *st disc crapped out *** way thru.**nd disc it thru credits wouldn't go any farther....kept going back thru credits, i gave up after several trys. i cleaned disc both discs prior to use. have been trying to reach c*scvr....no luck chat line or live person call back. am previous member unless things change in my favor will not renew.*prefer to discuss this with live N*F*REP.****-***-****. ~DONALD ANDERSON: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DONALD ANDERSON: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DONALD ANDERSON: For that I would say five out of five.

~DONALD ANDERSON: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netflix to know who you are.
