GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Netgear customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~frustrated: Got the run around. Got disconnected and no one called me back. Talked with several people, kept getting transferred to someone else. I was given * different numbers to call. It seems funny * of them ask how many times had I called. The *rd person I called he took my phone * and email in case we got disconnected and yes after ** minutes on the phone we got disconnected and I never got called back nor did I get an email. All foreign speaking people I could not understand them. I think its to discourage us so we'll give up!!! I'm turning it over to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest you do the same. Terrible business ethics!
