~Lark: I remember when NS customer service was fast, friendly, and they didn't let go of you until the problem was fixed. I can only assume that they have gone from inside workers to outsourcing.

~Lark: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Lark: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Network Solutions's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lark: For that I would say one out of five.
