I have a screwed up claim and need to talk directly to somebody, but there's no simple number to call. Every pre-recorded option is not one that helps me. I'm left trying to guess which number will get me through to a live person, and not to another recording. The most frustrating experience one can possibly have with a company. this is MY MONEY we're talking about--I paid MY TAXES. Yet the system is completely set up to deny the taxpayer of his benefits.
