~Native NewYorker: I called to find out if my Sr Metro card was active ... it wasn't, it was a replacement. I was told I would have to wait a month or more to get it replaced!

~Native NewYorker: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
