~Murph: The rep, Chelsey, was extremely helpful.*I wanted to turn the chime off when the*camera turns on. She walked me through the*steps and I was able to disable the chime.*I love the camera, but would not have been*able to use it (bird & moth photography)*if it chimed when it turned on.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Nikon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Nikon problem?
~Murph: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Murph: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nikon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Murph: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Nikon customers?
~Murph: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Nikon to know who you are.
