~Tom: NMAC service(?!) BLOWS. Message said they were in a departmental meeting, then hung up. Typical of the treatment I have received from them. Reps from India have been calling me to collect $**.**. Who knows what for. All of my payments have been paid from my bank account automatically, except the very last one (without warning). So I had to pay an online fee to pay the last one. One rep said they would wave the fee, send me my title. Next thing I'm gatting collection calls again for the $**.

~Tom: For that I would say two out of five.
