~sentra: I called and reached Jennifer and was given a case number. I have tried several times a day to reach her and have left severao messages every day for the past * days without getting a call back. The operators tell you that Jennifer will call you back before the end of the day and this is a lie! Also the operators who answer the phone are in the Phillipines and their English is not understandable for the majority of the coversation. The operators brush you off and put you back into voice mail. This has taken too much time out of my work schedule and I still have not gotten my case resolved afte an week and a half. This is so frustrating that I will never buy another Nossan because of the non-customer service and run-around.

~sentra: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sentra: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nissan USA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sentra: For that I would say one out of five.
