GetHuman-377871: I didn't expect such a good response. Both Leslie in Marketing and Mark in Customer Service handled themselves well. I really don't want to cause any negatives with the dealer and those involved with the transactions in this contract. Back to Leslie and Mark, they are an asset to Nissan...I'm sorry to have to actually say, the first breath of fresh air since this whole experience began. Thank you for understanding and listening.
