~Sir Me: I called these people to ask a simple question: who owns my mortgage. They claimed to have no idea. I told them that perhaps I should stop paying to see who foreclosed to get my answer. It is unreasonable to me that these folks can ride you like a rental if you miss a due date but cannot provide simple information about your loan. Sad indeed.

~Sir Me: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sir Me: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ocwen's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sir Me: For that I would say three out of five.
