~g: I have never been able to get through to make my mortgage payment in under ** minutes. They ask you to enter your info (acct. no., last * SS*, etc.) then when you get on the phone they ask you again. It is **-** minutes before you are able to begin your transaction with them! Then they spend the last few minutes of your call to try to sell you some other product or service, every time! Also, most of the time you get a call center in India or Miami. Can't speak Hindi or Spanish. Their customer service *****!

~g: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~g: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ocwen's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~g: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Ocwen customers?
