~AnonnyMouse: The poor girl at the other en of the line tried her best,but obviously very poorly trained. I was checking to see when the next mortgage payment was due, as they sent * billings in the *st * weeks.After telling me everything was up to date, then proceeded to tells me I was ** days late!She quickly backpedaled, but still insisted that I needed to make an appointment to talk to a "relationship counselor" to re-finance the loan.I finally hung up, as I have sent all payments registered, with signature.Protect yourselves at all costs!
