MORTGAGE HAS STILL NEVER BEEN CANCELED OF RECORD IN YHE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE.INCLUDED IN FAXES WAS THIS COMPANY'S PAYOFF LETTER, OCWEN'S PAYOFF STATEMENT, UPS DELIVERY LABE AND UPS CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY SIGNED BY OCWEN. ALSO FAXED A lETTER FROM THE NEW JERSEY DEPT. OF BANKING & iNSURANCE LEGISLATIVE & REGULATORY AFFAIRS, WHEREIN A MORTGAGE COMPANY MUST CANCEL A PAID OFF MORGAGE WITHIN ** DAYS. THIS MORTGAGE WAS PAID IN FULL ON MARCH **, ****.TODAY IS NOW, JUNE **, ****! ADDITIONALLY, FAXED WAS A COPY OF A CLASS ACTION SUIT STARTED IN MAY **** AGAINST OCWEN FOR NOT CANCELLING PAID OFF MORTGAGE IN COUNTY RECORDS.
