GetHuman-jkenes7: I am very unhappy with the company ontrac and would like Amazon to stop using them as a delivery company
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-jkenes7: Always a problem when Amazon ships via ontrac. This is about my *th package I have had problems with. This time, the package was to be delivered yesterday, but it was not. Then this morning, I was notified that the package had arrived and that I had signed for it. I was home all morning and never signed for anything. I have had late packages, non delivered packages and packages in the bushes that looks like someone just tossed it out the window as they drove by. I contacted Amazon and requested they dump ontrac. Please consider doing the same.

GetHuman-jkenes7: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jkenes7: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OnTrac's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jkenes7: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-jkenes7: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OnTrac to know who you are.
