~JOE H: Dr ORDERED HEPARIN,I CALLED TO VERIFY AND*SPOKE TO A UNIT PERSON TO DETERMINE WHEN THE HEPARIN WOULD BE SENT AND WHAT IT WOULD CONTAIN.**MEDICINE WAS NEVER SHIPPED AND AS A EMERGENCY I HAD TO GET A SUPPLY AT THE LOCAL DRUG STORE. THEY SAID I NEVER COFIRMED THE ORDER, YET I SPOKE TO AN INDIVIDUAL TO CONFIRM.**POOR SERVICE, NO COMMUNNICATION, WASTED TIME TALKING TO PERSON AFTER PERSON. *NO CALL BACK FROM SEAN HOY THE SUPERVISOR.**STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
