~Anonymous: I don't know where the positive reviews are coming from, maybe OptumRx employees, probably accounts for the long wait times.**Truly completely incompetent at all levels. My doctor ordered a prescription IN ADDITION TO AND TO BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH the standing prescription. When I tried to renew standing prescription, I found that the OptumRx "system" had cancelled it! **When I poined out that it was illegal for OptumRx to override my doctor, the Customer Advocate (sic) claimed they would have to have my doctor issue a new prescription and they would send it to me immediately.**Knowing they were not to be trusted, I checked * days later. Lo and Behold! The original prescription magically re-appeared! **Of course, OptumRx had failed to place the order!**Please, please UnitedHealth Care, find another pharmacy!!!!

GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
