After calling * times and not getting anywere, I called and refused to speak to anyone but a supervisor. The supervisor helped, started following through and agreed that no one should have to wait * weeks for their prescriptions. However, he could not override the system and said that they have a system failure, which the website proves because I've not been able to look at my order for over * weeks. I called my Part D insurance carrier and filed an official complaint, but who knows if that will go anywere. Prescription solutions has just gotten too big - ***,*** rxs a day! This is the worst situation I've ever been in. I've been without blood pressure medicine for ** days and no end in sight. I'm going to keep digging until I can make a complaint to someone that can help. These people should be put out of business. Ann in Mis
