~Brendon Braden: I book a Motel in Edna TX back in April for myself & Wife and another couple, the couple turned up * days before we arrive and had to use their credit card as noconfirmation had been received by the Motel, when I arrived after a *** mile drive the confirmation had been sent but no payments so expecting to be in my room I had to waitfor an hour before I could get into the room after sorting out the mess, I was not a happy camper, in the next * days I tryed to contact your office, you expect when you put money up front you expect things to be paid at the other end, and finally it would have been cheaper to book direct and less frustration, guess what I will not be doing in the future. ~Brendon Braden: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Brendon Braden: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Orbitz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Brendon Braden: For that I would say one out of five.
