~gg: Set up a call back, was called back immediately and put on hold for ** minutes. After waiting on hold for about * minutes I heard the message: "I'm sorry, we are currently experiencing system problems" and I was automatically disconnected.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Orbitz. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Orbitz problem?
~gg: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~gg: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Orbitz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~gg: For that I would say five out of five.
