~soccer7: We got to the airport and our seats were not confirmed even though I had it in my hand that they were. Airline said seat request never came through from Orbitz. Called Orbitz and they would do nothing about it. Said their "seats confirmed" only means they have been requested. Paid over $**** for two tickets to sit in the very back of the plane. Also, when booking, the prices kept going up within minutes, so I got nervous and booked. Two days later they were down again, but Orbitz would not make any adjustment. Said the one guarantee was only good for ** hours. Their priced adjustment guarantee they advertise is only if someone books the EXACT same flights and ONLY on their website. With three legs and many options, this is almost impossible. I won't use Orbitz again.

~soccer7: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~soccer7: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Orbitz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~soccer7: For that I would say four out of five.

~soccer7: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Orbitz to know who you are.
