~fustrated customer: The first time I called it took ** minutes to get a csr on the phone. By the time I got a csr on the phone. I said that the wait time was ridiculous. He replied back by saying, first off you called at a bad time and we're the only cs center for pp. Can you believe the nerve and not once did he freaking apologize! I'm in cs and I would've never replied in that manner to a customer. Only reason they're getting * star is cause they don't have a *!
