~mlull77: This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is lacking to sayu the least. I can never get supervisor on the phone and have always been told one would call mein **- ** it has never happened in the * months they have had my tv. They covered up with lie after lie and still have my tv. They said the part was on back order(this was a faulty part on their rnd on a tv less than * yrs old)..this was a lie, they closed the parts department and never told us. This company ought to be out of business. I am so unbelievably dissatisfied and outraged that such a big company as Panasonic has such a poor business plan. They will never get my business again, or from anyone for that matter if I have anything to do with it.

~mlull77: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~mlull77: For that I would say two out of five.
