GetHuman-78246: I ordered supplies for my daughter's birthday party which was on a Friday which I paid $*.** shipping on. Before I ordered I used their shipment estimator which said the shipment would arrive on Thursday. I ordered my items and when I got my order confirmation, suddenly the arrival date was Friday. I thought, ok, that's cutting it close but that's ok. Well, it didn't come on Friday, it came the next day, after the party was over. The following day I emailed customer service and never received a response. I called them a few weeks later and was told I would need to pay to ship it back which was hardly worth it considering the items I purchased were only about $** to begin with. Then I was told I could return it to the Party America store in town. I went there to return it and found out that they are not in any way connected with PartyAmerica.com and could not accept the return. Frustrated, I went back to PartyAmerica.com to discover they only list two retail location, neither ar
