GetHuman-331223: My concern is that I had a problem with the quality of a product ( their outdoor cushions soak up rain and take days to dry out -- all our other outdoor cushions are fine, this expensive one is a problem). I got no help from customer service (sorry, they are not intended to be waterproof even though they are outdoor cushions). I wrote a negative review for their website more than * months ago* they never posted it. I now realize they post only positive reviews. That's unfair to the consumer. I called to ask and they promised they would post it but never did. Don't trust their reviews!
