GetHuman-16406: Paypal did not answer after * minutes. They have no online chat. They can afford more CSRs but obviously just do not care about their customers enough to have a decent customer service system. Online is NOT ENOUGH when we are dealing with money questions. I am hoping for a better system from more responsible adults soon so I can jump off this train, because they are not going to stop for anyone.

GetHuman-16406: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-16406: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PayPal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-16406: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other PayPal customers?
GetHuman-16406: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
