GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Payflex.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~DoubleHatePayflex: We recently switched from another FSA company to Payflex and experienced the following issues: *) I attempted to upload a **MB PDF files including all my claim receipts without success. The site imposes a *MB file limit. I suggested to a Payflex supervisor to remove such file size limit and felt that he WASN'T receptive to the suggested enhancement request. *) Due to the file size limit, I had to manually split the PDF into * files and uploaded them separately. I alerted PayFlex of my action and requested them to process my claim with receipts from * separate uploads. I was told that corresponding receipts must be uploaded in the same claim. Not surprisingly, they denied majority of my claim due to the fact that the receipts WEREN'T attached on the same submission but were from * subsequent uploads. *) Separately, I asked the rep if there's a way to bypass the voice menu and get to a life person quickly. The rep sounded like she didn't want to work there. And she pretty much told

~DoubleHatePayflex: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DoubleHatePayflex: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Payflex.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DoubleHatePayflex: For that I would say three out of five.
