GetHuman-pcpart: Still waiting for Rapid Rewards points to post.....almost a YEAR LATER. Please stay away from this unprofessional company. They create the problems....then blame you as the consumer for them when you ask questions and want answers. The customer service dept. is a joke. They tell you *you will have a response to your email address within ** to ** hours*.......ummm....almost a YEAR LATER??.....yeah right
