~Palate cook: Alleged to customer service, specifically Denise, falsely stated her capacity and knowledge, failed to confirm any bank credit*debit and removed unrelated existing invoice credits. Her demeanor was deplorable, lacking courtesy, interrupting, and mentally correcting my words into her ignorant suppositions. Under no circumstances will I speak to this person again. This resulted in the quadruple billing for a single item that was never received.

~Palate cook: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
