~Can't find it : I just sent a e-mail but was cut off before I was able to submit the e-mail. I was complaining about the poor service I have been receiving at Peapod. I have such long waits to reach a customer service rep, and it is just impossible to speak with a live Custoemr Service Rep, like a vice president or the person in charge of customer service. The customer service rep I finally reached gave me a customer service number to call, but I was not able to reach a live person, just got a lot of repeated prompts. I tried calling other Peapod numbers which I looked for in my telephone book. One office said they were closed (at **:** am on a Friday morning?) the other number I called the telephone kept ringing and ringing but no one picked up. When I called the Peapod Corporate Office (I tried * or * times), I was told the receptionist was busy and was given a prompt to follow. On my delivery order in February, **** I received a frozen package of tuna casserole, and it was opened at both end

GetHuman: And what about Peapod's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Can't find it : For that I would say two out of five.

~Can't find it : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Peapod to know who you are.
