~tenpegtx: I have been trying since Nov **** to canx this account. I have moved twice since then and have never used their system. I tried them because they were advertised in AARP and not being computer expert I felt they would be a "customer service" based company. Little did I know they were outsourced and it is very difficult to get someone who "comprehens" American. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ACCESS TO YOUR ACCTS, THEY WILL ROB YOU. If anyone knows how to canx them let me know, it's been * *** years they are taking my money monthly.
