~angry mark: I have a PT**** shaver. Two weeks ago, the on*off button got stuck, and I had problems getting it to turn off. I called the service number, and since I got it last year, it was covered under warranty, and they said they would send a replacement in *-** business days. I called them today for a follow-up, and they said the model was out of stock, and they would send another model to me in *-** business days. They refused to speed up delivery. As nothappy puts it, this is poor planning. Perhaps I should threaten to sue.
