~JDT65: When somebody buys a product from Norelco and it turns out to be a birthday gift, god forbid the product is discontinued then your pretty much on your own as I found out today...what a shame. The cord wasn't charging my device and so just because it was discontinued I have to buy another cord for it, what a scam...so much for backing up your product...never again will I accept a gift or product from Philips Norelco
