GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Pittsburgh Post-Gazette customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Angry: They downsized the paper. They hire grown men to do a paperboy's delivery job and they can't even deliver a paper * days in a row. They give you a green box for your paper and if you do get the paper it's usually tossed out in the middle of the street. If you call and complain, they tell the flunkie, he pouts and will not deliver your paper. I mean you the freak do you hire to represent your company? Good reflection on management and human resources. NOT! They wouldn't even credit me for the papers that I didn't receive (usually missing one to three per week). Customer service is the worst ever, overflowing with cavalier attitude and a oh well outlook on longstanding customers. **Go get a Trib Review and save yourself a headache!
