~PSNdoesNotHate_TheyJustDontCar: just as bad as the live chat, but less frustrating. twitter you can thing "hey maybe no one saw it" but with livechat you know they are just not helping and make is very clear they are only looking at your chat window once every few minutes (or ten) as they wait for you go away. then they prouce with "Jonathan: Thank you for contacting us today !!*Jonathan: Have a wonderful night !!*The chat has been ended by the agent" **what? hey where is my help, I thought you were researching the problem for me:(

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PSNdoesNotHate_TheyJustDontCar: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Playstation's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
