GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Plentyoffish customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~nocure4love: Plenty of Fish has a GLARING weakness that results in the sudden and irreversible cancellation of members' accounts (free and paid "premium" accounts). They have some sort of monitoring robot that seeks out so-called "offensive" words in your messages, and if the robot sees any one of these (unidentified) words in any message, they immediately TERMINATE your account. Once terminated, they will no longer communicate with you in any way (no responses to phone calls, emails, even written correspondence). They will not tell you how or why you have been terminated, and will make no effort to resolve the problem... even when they mistakenly target your message for termination. *This makes the whole service a waste of time, since you never know when you will be tossed out, and unable to follow up with any of the people you are in touch with through the Plenty of Fish site. BUMMER!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Plentyoffish. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Plentyoffish problem?

GetHuman: And what about Plentyoffish's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nocure4love: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Plentyoffish customers?
~nocure4love: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Plentyoffish to know who you are.
