GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's PowWeb customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-344365: I have been with Powweb for * years. I have no plan to leave with auto pay every years. They raised my year rate **%, but offer a **% discount if I signed for a * year plan. I said no. I do not know whether they will be around for another * years. I said I would like to keep it at same old rate. They said no. I did not ask for their promotional rate. *So I signed up with another service provider and take advantage of the new company's ridiculous new customer promotion rate. Powweb thinks people do not want to take the time to move their domain name and email address when it is so easy to do. I did it all the time for my clients. I am a web designer.*I informed Powweb a month ago before my plan expired, and received email from Powweb confirming that. Now, Powweb asked me to sign in and check off "Do Not Renew" form otherwise they will auto renew my plan. *This is ridiculous. I chatted with them in their chat room and told them "NO".*I would not recommend Powweb to anyone after * years w
