~Jwow: I had to wait ** minutes for a representative to answer my call and after ** minutes, there was still no answer. Normally I don't have this problem with Prepayd Wireless, but this is highly unacceptable!!!! I don't know what's going on, but this poor customer service. No one should have to wait that long for somebody to help you!!!!
