GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Prometric customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~shoregal: I was supposed to take an exam with this company. After being told that I had to show up ** minutes early, I arrive ** minutes early, just to be safe. It is * minutes prior to the test start time and they call me up to see my ID. They then tell me that because the state of PA put a hyphen in my last name rather than a space, I can not test today! I took days off from work to prepare and today to take the test. REALLY??? Employees were rude and responded like they were dictators! So I called the test company only to be put on hold and then told they were closed! YEAH! I think that the agencies need to rethink using this company for their standardized tests

~shoregal: For that I would say three out of five.
