GetHuman-326617: I paid at the time I sent in the subscription request, received a bill and then received a collection notice. When I called I was told I needed to send proof of payment even though my check had cleared the bank over a month ago. After arguing with the clerk, I finally was told they would credit my account without sending proof of payment* apparently this happens all the time. I will never again subscribe to a magazine from PCH again. I also could not get the callback to work, so I had to wait for five minutes on hold.
