~Gopal: I had bought a football from Puma store situated in Palheights, Jaydev Vihar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India at a price of Rs ****- on **.**.****. The stitch of the football opened within ** days of buying. I deposited the ball for repaired. I got it repaired after one month, that too with very sub-standard material. * Unfortunately, the stitch opened again from another side on **.**.****. I requested the dealer to replace the ball as stitches were opening from again and again. The dealer has continuously harassed me since then and I have already visited the shop atleast for ** times but to no avail.
