~Ron Walter: I called the number and got the message that the support model had changed and I COULD search on-line for my answer (which I had been doing for more than ** minutes). Then I got a dial tone -- TWICE!!! I'd like to speak with someone who can help me finish installing my downloaded Quicken Backup for Quicken Premier ****.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Quicken. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Quicken problem?
~Ron Walter: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ron Walter: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Quicken's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ron Walter: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Quicken customers?
~Ron Walter: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Quicken to know who you are.
