GetHuman-209571: I spent * hours and ** minutes either on hold or talking to three different representatives trying to lower my overall cost by taking advantage of "package pricing" promoted by a mailing. Instead, my phone bill went up! I am beyond furious.*Now on hole again with the original customer service rep trying to get it back to where it was!
