~Century Link Customer for year: The person was courteous,but spoke with a strong accent and MUCH too fast. I had to ask him to repeat himself straining to understand him.He was NOT able to help me with my service issue, and said someone would call me back in ** hours. I am unable to place my call now. This is very poor customer service.
