~RCNBAD: auful they my * email accounts have had problems from the beginning. *Can't receive any new email on two accounts for * weeks on one and the other from the start of the email account which was *mos. ago. As for my TV can't believe that late night talk show hosts are sensored on certain sentences and words said. They also censor by sending a little blackout blip to your TV which they also do to the news. Unbelievable but believe it, it's true. My neighbors have seen the same thing happen on their TV's too.

~RCNBAD: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RCNBAD: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about RCN's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RCNBAD: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other RCN customers?
~RCNBAD: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for RCN to know who you are.
