~Johnny James Curry Jr.: I have ordered a cell phone through this company and decided not to use their service because there are similar companys that offer the same cost. The reachout wireless company keeps sending me telephones that are not in service or in operating condition. I resend the phone with the return address and they send another phone that does not work at all. Time has lapsed and I still have no telephone that works from this company. They have also blocked me from submitting a complaint to them through their website.
